Day 1 – Position Your Organisation for the AI Era

An executive-level overview of the AI landscape, focusing on commercial opportunity, ROI, and strategic positioning. This day explores how partners can successfully build and scale an AI practice, avoid common pitfalls, and unlock value through services and consultancy.

We will examine the “Frontier Firm” model, highlighting the differences between personal productivity gains and enterprise-scale AI, and what sets leading organisations apart.

Day 2 – Architecting AI Solutions – From GenAI to ML & LLMOps

This technical day explores the distinctions between traditional AI, machine learning (ML), and generative AI (GenAI), helping audiences understand when each approach is appropriate and how they complement one another. We examine the key challenges faced when implementing GenAI solutions, including architectural decision‑making, selecting suitable AI databases and data sources, and operationalising solutions through effective LLMOps practices.

Day 3 – From Theory to Practice – AI Hackathon & Solution Building

This day will form around one of several hackathon paths the delegate may choose. It will be a hands-on assisted learning experience exploring new skills around AI, ML or Copilot studio. Bring a laptop and access to an Azure subscription
