Microsoft Modern Work Q4 update
Hello to all our Microsoft Modern Work CSP partners.
A lot has been announced recently and the aim of this newsletter is to have all the Modern Work relevant news at one place. Please take a look at all the CSP announcements, the upcoming 3-year SKUs and super exciting Copilot Wave 2 release. The Copilot Getting started offer has extended its maximum seats eligibility and Windows 365 20% offer has landed. I would like to draw your attention to the End Of Support campaign and materials as this is a very important momentum in bringing new customer adds.
Don’t forget to register for Microsoft Build and FY26 Partner Modern Work and Security GTM event – this will ensure you are ontop of all the new upcoming plans from Microsoft as we head into FY26.
On May 1, 2025, Microsoft announced the latest enhancements and changes aimed at accelerating Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) growth in the era of AI and linked to the significant opportunity in the small medium enterprise and channel (SME&C) space.
The new offers and updates announced on May 1 are:
- New three-year terms for Microsoft 365 in CSP along with a limited-time 10% promo for customers new to Microsoft 365: Three-year subscription terms for Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 coming to CSP
- Extension of the Microsoft 365 Copilot CSP 15% off promotion
- Net paid seat adds (NPSA) reporting for partners
- New authorization requirements for direct bill, distributor, and indirect reseller partners in CSP: Requirement updates for CSP partners, together with all changes in the FY26 CSP authorization 1 pager and the CSP Accelerate Partner FAQ
- Updated CSP incentive eligibility for FY26

On April 23, 2025, Microsoft made announcements related to the importance and opportunity with AI and the Copilot options it offers partners and customers:
- The latest findings from the 2025 Work Trend Index (WTI).
- The introduction of groundbreaking M365 Copilot product capabilities that will completely change how individuals and organizations leverage AI with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat.
Updates Include:
- AI-powered Search to help users find information faster at work.
- A new Create experience built for business that unlocks design skills for everyone.
- Copilot Notebooks to turn content and data into instant insights and action.
And a new Agent Store to easily find and access agents right in the flow of work.

Windows 365 Global promotional offer
