MWH-Sherweb Teams Update – Changes to contacting us via Microsoft Teams

As part of the ongoing integration of MicroWarehouse into Sherweb, there will be changes to how you contact us through Microsoft Teams.

What you can expect:

From Monday June 8th contacts will begin to appear under a Sherweb domain (username@dns1.sherweb.com) instead of the @mwh.ie domain.
Teams chats with a @mwh.ie domain may not work.

What to keep in mind:

When reconnecting with your usual MWH contact through existing Teams chats, you may need to start a new Teams chat, using the username@dns1.sherweb.com contact address instead of the past username@mwh.ie
EXAMPLE: if you currently chat with John smith with contact details jsmith@mwh.ie, from Monday you will need to create a new chat with jsmith@dns1.sherweb.com.
Messages sent to previous MicroWarehouse Teams conversations (@mwh.ie domain) might not be delivered.
If your organization restricts external Teams communication, you may need to allow Sherweb domains (@sherweb.com and @dns1.sherweb.com)to ensure continued connectivity
This is ONLY MS TEAMS, Email communication remains unchanged at this stage (You can still send emails to the @mwh.ie domain) account manager, etc.
These changes are part of the overall transition to Sherweb
